Laura Aquili (1973) & Ergian Alberg (1972) have worked in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Rome, London, and Beijing for different internationally recognized offices: Zaha Hadid, OMA, UNStudio, ONL and Fuksas.
In 2006 they founded the Aquilialberg Architects office, where they work on architectural and design projects with an experimental and innovative approach, combining their multidisciplinary experience, with the background knowledge in graphics and the arts.
From 2011 Aquilialberg Architects has collaborated with fashion designer Philipp Plein, translating the brand philosophy into a new contemporary architectural language. Aquilialberg have recently completed Philipp Plein 750 sqm villa in Cannes, where they were responsible for the overall design and process, from concept to realization and site supervision.
Other recent completed projects include, among others, a Philipp Plein town house in New York. Recently the renowned architectural office is working on many private projects such as two new villas in Switzerland and a villa n Belair, Los Angeles.
